To have your @dsj emails sent to your @mitty account, follow the steps below or watch the attached video. If you are stuck, let us know with a help desk ticket and we’ll work with you to get it solved. If you need help resetting your DSJ password, please contact the DSJ IT support team at: 408-983-0165 or servicedesk@dsj.org.
Steps:
1. Navigate to dsj.org
2. Scroll to bottom and click, Employee
3. Click Email Access
4. Login to the DSJ email using your Workday credentials
5. Click the gear icon in the top right
6. Begin typing the word, “forwarding” in the search
7. Click on Forwarding
8. Click the box to enable forwarding
9. Enter your @mitty.com email address
10. Click the box to unselect, “Keep a copy of forwarded messages”
11. Click Save in the bottom right
12. Click the ‘X’ in the top right to return to your DSJ Inbox
